1) Starting Talents: Boros can be built 2 major ways, 1) Critical Hit (DPS) - This is the most effective build 2) INTEL (Mostly centred around GravEdge, Ihan, Cerebro)
DPS Build: Might, Fury, Veteran, Fitness, Swiftness, Youth
2) Order of Ability learning:
Talents:
Jungle: Q W W E W R W E E Q R E Q Q Y R Y Y
Max W(Bola) for the range. Crits after that to help farm faster and aid with lethal barb.
3) Item Builds.
Build 1: DPS
1) Hunter's Hatchet
2) Machette
3) Culling Saber
4) Lethal Barb
5) Executioners Axe
6) Phase Cloak
7) Axe --> Khali BLade
8) Phase Cloak --> Shinobi
9) Contamination Shard
10) Galactic Defender
11) Darwins

Boros is a strong jungler, a puller, and a big DPS dealer. His R can be quite brutal and land you a lot of kills. Bola / R combo works well. Boros's SS is also key to avoiding spell damage, as well as dealing some damage while fighting or chasing a hero. Overall farm well with this hero, and use cloaking ability to aid in surprise attacks and you should do well.
